Cleaning Machine

IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Do not use high-pressure water to clean around seals and bearings. Use low pressure to avoid contaminating inside seals and bearings. Clean tubular tines and open-side tines thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so can result in excess buildup inside the tines that can affect the aerating operation.

NOTE: Clean the flex-links thoroughly at least twice during the operating season. Hard, caked-on soil can affect the operation of the flex-link assemblies.

  1. Remove wing nut (A) and washer securing divider seal to the frame.

  2. Remove the seal to wash off the flex-link assemblies (B).

    Use high-pressure water to clean tines after each use to remove any residual core material from inside tines (C).



  4. Install the divider seals and secure with the washer and wing nut.
