Adjusting Ground Drive Belt

IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Sheaves must be moved equal distance when tightening belt.

  1. Remove aeration head cover and left battery cover.

  2. TCAL41117
    TCAL41117-UN-18JAN13

    Loosen nut (A) securing sheave (B).


  3. Apply pressure to sheave to increase belt tension.

  4. Hold sheave in place and tighten nut.

  5. Repeat for other sheave (C).

  6. Install covers.
