Adjusting Tine Ram Drive Belts

1. Remove aerating head cover.

   Loosen nut (A).

3. Apply pressure downward on adjusting idler (B) to provide necessary tension to belt.

4. For correct belt tension, belt must deflect approximately to specification.

   Item	Measurement	Specification
   Belt	Deflection	5.1 mm (0.2 in.) with 26.2 pounds (or moderate thumb pressure)

5. Maintain proper belt tension and tighten nut (B) to standard torque.

6. Install cover.
