Replacing Ground Drive Belt

1. Remove aerating head cover and cover on left side of machine.

   Fuel tank removed for photo clarity. Not necessary to remove the tank for adjustment.

   Loosen nut (A) securing either sheave (B) to allow slack in belt (C).

3. Remove belt by removing belt from the engine drive sheave and the two directional sheaves.

4. Remove the belt from the transmission drive sheave (D) by lifting up and pulling away.

5. Install new belt.

6. Apply pressure to sheave to put tension on belt. Tighten nut.

7. Install covers.
