   Pull both tailgate latch pins (A) and lower tailgate (B).

Opening Latch Pin Without Spring

   Pull up and remove each tailgate latch pin (A).

2. IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Do not exceed 181 kg (400 lb.) directly on tailgate at one time.

   Lower tailgate (B).

Fully Lowering Tailgate

CAUTION: Avoid injury! Do not operate the vehicle with the tailgate fully lowered. In a fully lowered position the tailgate obstructs vehicle tail lights causing a possible rear collision.

IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! The tailgate fully lowered can contact the rear fenders and cause structural damage. Do not operate utility vehicle with the tailgate fully lowered.

   Remove spring locking pin (C) and cable (D) from each drilled stud to fully lower tailgate.
