Servicing PCV Valve

  1. Locate the PCV valve on the intake manifold facing the front of the vehicle.

  2. TCAL45061
    TCAL45061-UN-14MAY13

    Squeeze tension clamp (A) and remove hose.


  3. Loosen and remove PCV Valve (B) using a 14mm wrench.

  4. NOTE: To clean PCV valve, use compressed air to remove particulates.

    Reverse procedure to install cleaned or new valve.
