Removing the Cargo Box

1. Empty cargo box.

2. Park vehicle on a hard, level surface.

3. Lock park brake and start engine.

4. Raise the cargo box.

     Extend the lift cylinder (A) until the cargo box is fully raised.

5. Stop engine.

6. Install the lift cylinder safety support (B).

7. Raise front of cargo box slightly with a safe lifting device.

8. Disconnect lift cylinder from the cargo box.

   1. Remove quick-lock pin (C), cylinder pin (D) and washer.

   2. Install cylinder pin and quick-lock pin back into the lift cylinder for storage.

9. Return safety support to the stored position.

10. Start engine.

11. Retract lift cylinder fully and stop engine.

12. Slowly lower front of cargo box onto top of vehicle frame.

    Remove quick-lock pins (E) and drilled pins (F) securing the rear of the cargo box to the frame.

14. Carefully remove cargo box from the vehicle.

15. Install drilled pins and quick-lock pins back into vehicle brackets for storage.
