Removing and Installing Drive Wheels


Removing:

CAUTION: The machine can fall or slip from an unsafe lifting device or supports.

• Use a safe lifting device rated for the load to be lifted.

• Lower machine onto jack stands or other stable supports and block wheels before servicing.

IMPORTANT: Lift machine at specified points on frame. Using rear bumper as a lift point can damage the frame.

  1. Park machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

  2. Remove hood.

  3. Slightly loosen four wheel nuts.

    Lift rear end of machine with a safe lifting device centered under tire support frame (A) on the side the tire is being removed.



  5. Place machine on jack stands.

  6. Remove wheel nuts.

  7. Remove wheel.


Installing:

  1. Install new wheel.

  2. Install wheel nuts.

  3. Tighten wheel nuts.

  4. Lower machine.
