Every 50 Hours or Yearly

• Lubricate deck components:
  • (3) spindles
  • (1) idler arm pivot (60SD, 60MOD, and 60RD)
  • (3) MOD baffle pivots (60MOD)
• Lubricate cutting unit or mower lift components.
• Lubricate drive shafts.
• Lubricate drive shaft bearings.
• Clean battery terminals and check battery fluid level (if applicable).
• Lubricate caster wheels.
• Check mower deck.
• Check and adjust mower deck belt tension (72SD).
• Lubricate caster spindles.
• Check and tighten wheel hardware.
