Check Transmission Oil Level

  1. Park the machine safely. Allow the machine to cool down for at least 1 hour.

  2. IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Dirt and contamination can enter transmission when checking oil level. Clean area around dipstick before removing.

    A - Dipstick

    Pull to remove the dipstick (A), at the right side of the transmission. Wipe with a clean cloth.



  3. Install the dipstick.

  4. Remove the dipstick.

    Check the oil level on dipstick. Ensure that the oil level is between levels (B) and (C) on the dipstick.



  6. IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Help prevent dirt and other contaminants from entering the transmission. Clean area around the fill cap before removing.

    Do not overfill the transmission. Oil expands during operation and could overflow.

    D - Fill Cap

    If oil level is low:

    • Remove the fill cap (D).
    • Add recommended oil through the fill opening until the oil level is correct.



  7. If the oil is above the top mark on the dipstick, drain to the proper level.

  8. Install the dipstick.

  9. Install and tighten the fill cap.
