Stopping Engine

Children or bystanders may attempt to move or operate an unattended machine.

Always lock the park brake and remove the key before leaving the machine unattended.

Do not stop engine immediately after hard or extended operation. Keep engine running at low idle for about 2 minutes to prevent heat build-up.

1. Stop machine.

2. Move transaxle shift lever to N (Neutral) position.

3. Lock park brake.

4. Turn ignition key switch to STOP position.

5. Remove key.
