Avoid Serious Injury or Death

• Driver must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver license.
• Driver and all passengers must each have individual seat belts. Total occupants must not exceed number of seat belts.
• Passenger must be able to grasp handholds with seat belt on and both feet on floor.

Young Drivers Increase Chance of Death

• Young drivers may not be able to control vehicle.
• No drivers younger than 16 years old.
