Inspecting Alternator Belt

  1. Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

    Remove two bolts (A) and belt cover (B) from machine.

    MXT020824-UN-09SEP17

    Inspect belt (C) for wear or damage. Replace if worn or damaged. (See your John Deere dealer for replacement.)
