Replacing LED Work Lights


Front Light

  1. Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

  2. Remove the headliner, if equipped.

    Unplug light harness connector (A) from the roof harness connector (B).


  4. Push grommet (C) and light harness through the hole in Protective Structure. Remove grommet from light harness.

    Remove hardware (D) securing light assembly (E) to bracket (F) and remove light assembly.


  6. Loosely install new light assembly to bracket with hardware.

  7. Route the light harness through the hole in the Protective Structure.

  8. Plug light harness connector into the roof harness connector.

  9. Install grommet onto light harness and press into the hole in the Protective Structure. Make sure that the grommet is seated properly.

  10. Position the light as desired and tighten the hardware.

  11. Install the headliner, if equipped.


Rear Light

  1. Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

    To access light harness connector, pull light harness (A) out from the hole (B) in the roof.


  3. Unplug light harness connector from the roof harness connector.

    Remove hardware (C) securing light assembly (D) to bracket (E) and remove light assembly.


  5. Loosely install new light assembly to bracket with hardware.

  6. Plug light harness connector into the roof harness connector.

  7. Route light and roof harness back through the hole in the roof.

  8. Position the light as desired and tighten the hardware.
