Testing Blade Clutch/Brake Switch

  1. Stand on the operator platform with motion control levers in the neutral position.

  2. Lock park brake.

  3. Start the engine.

  4. Move throttle lever to 3/4 speed setting.

  5. Press PTO switch to ON position to engage.

  6. Press PTO switch to OFF position to disengage.

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 several times.

Result: The blade clutch must stop the blades within 7 seconds.
