Checking Discharge Chute Rotation

  1. Start engine.

  2. If chute does not move in the direction indicated, reverse hose location in ports.

    Turn chute in both directions:

    • Pull lever (A) back to rotate chute right.
    • Push lever forward to rotate chute left.


  3. Avoid damage! Ensure proper rotation of chute. Position chute to face right (as viewed from seat) before adjusting cables.

    Chute should turn 100° to each side. If it does not:

    • Stop engine.

      Loosen nuts (A).
    • Pull cable ends (B) tighter.
    • Tighten nuts.
