Dismounting to Inspect Mower

1. Help prevent serious injury. Keep hands and feet away from blades and the discharge opening.

   Mount and dismount the machine using step on left hand side of mower deck.

   Avoid using motion control levers to mount machine.

   Park machine on a hard, level surface.

2. Push down on the rear portion of the PTO switch to disengage PTO.

3. Move motion control levers to the start/shut down position to lock park brake.

4. Stop engine and remove key. Wait for mower blades to stop turning before leaving operator’s seat.
