Storing the Loader
CAUTION:
Stored attachments such as dual wheels, cage wheels, and loaders can fall and cause serious injury or death. Securely store attachments and implements to prevent falling. Keep playing children and bystanders away from storage area.
To help prevent personal injury from exposed fork tines, always store bale fork with tines pointed down, or against bale, building or other stable object.
1.
Clean the loader thoroughly. Dirt attracts moisture which causes rust.
2.
Replace missing or damaged parts, including hoses, hardware and decals.
3.
Paint loader where needed.
4.
Lubricate loader. Retract all hydraulic cylinders, if possible. If not, coat exposed cylinder rods with grease to prevent rusting.
5.
For parked loader, install dust covers on hose ends and place hoses on loader.
