Lubricate 540 Loader with Mechanical Self-Level
Every 10 Hours
 CAUTION:
Help prevent personal injury caused by unexpected movement of the loader. Lower loader to the ground, engage parking brake or place transmission in "PARK", shut off engine and remove key before lubricating or servicing the loader.
1.
With bucket flat on ground, lubricate upper linkage, lift cylinder and boom pivot pins.
2.
With bucket fully dumped and lowered to the ground, lubricate pivot linkage.
