Ballast Box

The ballast box (A) is used to carry ballast on three-point hitch to help maintain tractor/loader stability.

NOTE: A 3-Point Hitch mounted implement may be used instead of ballast box if it meets weight requirements. (See ADDING BALLAST TO 3-POINT HITCH in Preparing the Tractor section.)
