Storing Loader
CAUTION:
Stored attachments such as dual wheels, cage wheels, and loaders can fall and cause serious injury or death. Securely store attachments and implements to prevent falling. Keep playing children and bystanders away from storage area.
1.
Remove loader. (See Detaching Loader section.)
2.
Clean loader thoroughly. Dirt attracts moisture which causes rust.
3.
Paint loader where needed.
4.
Replace missing or damaged parts, including hoses, hardware and decals.
5.
If possible, store loader in a dry place. If stored outside, cover with a waterproof material.
6.
Retract all hydraulic cylinders, if possible. If not, coat exposed cylinder rods with grease to prevent rusting.
7.
Be sure dust covers are on hose ends.
8.
Store hoses on loader, NOT on ground.
9.
Lubricate complete machine. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)
