IMPORTANT:
Operating loader with loose mounting frames will cause damage. Tightening mounting frame hardware to specified torque at initial installation is critical.
Hardware torque MUST be checked after the first 10 hours and every 50 hours thereafter.
1.
Tighten mounting frame hardware. (Refer to FIRST 10 AND EVERY 50 HOURS in Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

2.
Check and adjust latch plate and locking lever, if necessary. (Refer to Service section.)
3.
Check loader operation. (Refer to Controls section.)
4.
Check tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. (Refer to EVERY 50 HOURS Lubrication and Maintenance section.)
