Prepare the Loader

1. Remove shipping banding and wire.

2. Cut paint mask rings (A) off all cylinders.

3. Install third-function oil lines, if ordered. (Refer to Installation Instructions included in separate bundle.)

4. Install bucket/attachment holder:

causym CAUTION: Approximate weight of bucket/attachment holder is 50 kg (111 lbs). To help prevent personal injury from falling or shifting holder, use a lifting device to position.

a. Position holder (B) in front of loader arms, as shown.

b. Align holder with link (A) and end of loader arm (D). Insert pins (C) with lube fittings toward outside of loader frame.

c. Fasten with snap rings.

5. Install loader-to-tractor hydraulic hoses. (Refer to procedures in separate Installation Instructions in Hoses and Parts bundle.)
