Position Loader on Mounting Frames

1. Install mounting frames on tractor. (Refer to separate Installation Instructions in mounting frame bundle.)

causym CAUTION: Approximate weight of loader without bucket/attachment is 540 kg (1190 lbs).

2. Attach lifting straps/chains to loader and an overhead hoist.

3. Center tractor between loader masts, stopping tractor when hooks (B) on mounting frames are positioned under pins (A) on loader masts on each side.

4. Lower loader onto hooks (B).

5. Connect hydraulics.

6. Remove lifting straps/chains.

7. Start tractor engine and operate hydraulics to align holes in masts with mounting frames.

8. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

NOTE: Hose support bracket (F) is from Hoses and Parts bundle.

9. On both sides of loader install pins (A):

  • Left-Hand Side; Install pin (A), rotate handle and insert end into slot (B).
  • Right-Hand Side; Install pin (A) through hose support bracket (F) with hydraulic hoses (E) routed through pin handle (D) as shown.

    a. Insert end into slot.
    b. Install spring locking pins (C).

10. Route hydraulic hoses and install tie bands. (Refer to procedures in separate Installation Instructions in Hoses and Parts bundle.)
