Attaching Loader

1. Drive tractor slowly, straight into loader.

2. Align masts with rear frames.

3. Engage tractor parking brake and/or place transmission in "Park".

4. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

causym CAUTION: To avoid injury from escaping hydraulic oil under pressure, relieve pressure in the system before connecting hydraulic oil lines.

5. Move multi-function control lever back and forth and side-to-side several times to relieve hydraulic system pressure.

6. Route hydraulic hoses through guide as shown.

7. Connect colored couplers on hoses matching numbers and/or colors on decal by coupler plate.

NOTE: It may be necessary to drive tractor forward slowly to keep masts/frames in line when doing the following procedures.

8. Slowly retract lift cylinders. Masts will lower into mounting frames.

9. Be sure notches in bottom of masts align with tab (A) on each mounting frame.

10. Fully retract lift cylinders raising front wheels slightly off ground. Latch bar (B) will raise into slot (A) in front weight bracket.

11. Engage tractor parking brake and/or place transmission in "Park".

12. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

13. Pull back on lock handles (A) and turn into locking position, as shown.

IMPORTANT: To help prevent damage to loader and/or tractor, be sure latch bar is fully engaged. This holds front of loader onto tractor.

14. Check to be sure latch bar and lock handles are "FULLY" engaged.

15. Start tractor engine.

16. Extend lift cylinders to lower tractor to ground.

17. Add appropriate ballast. (See Preparing the Tractor section).
