Transporting Round or Large Square Bales Safely

  • Read the decals on both the loader and the frame for the round bale spear and large square bale handler.
  • Do not exceed a bale weight of 317 kg (700 lb)
  • To help prevent personal injury or accident from bale falling off the attachment, carry the load low and slightly rolled back.
  • Travel slowly over rough ground.
  • To prevent lack of visibility, do not exceed a round bale diameter of 1.2 m (48 in.)
