Prepare the tractor.
a.
Refer to Preparing the Tractor section.
b.
Install mounting frames.
c.
Install hood guard.
d.
Install hydraulic valves and controls as needed.
2.
Prepare the loader.
a.
Remove shipping banding, wire and dunnage.
b.
Lower loader to the ground.
c.
6000 and 700 Series Tractors:
Install lift cylinder stops. (See INSTALLING LIFT
|
CYLINDER STOPS in Operating Loader section.)
d.
Install third-function oil lines and hoses, if ordered.
e.
Install hydraulic hoses.
3.
Position loader on mounting frames.
4.
Install bucket/attachment.
5.
Perform final inspection and adjustments.
6.
Install optional equipment/attachments.
