Tighten Mounting Frame Hardware-6000 and 7000 Series Row Crop Tractors

IMPORTANT: Help prevent damage to tractor or loader caused by operating with loose mounting hardware. Tighten loader frame hardware after first 10 hours of operation and again after every 50 hours.

Tighten hardware to specification.

Mounting Frame Hardware -Torque 620 N·m (457 lb-ft)

NOTE: Some cap screws have weld nuts on the inside of tractor frame.

Cross Tie Hardware (C) -Torque 235 N·m (173 lb-ft)
Mounting Frame-to-Side Frame Hardware (D) -Torque 235 N·m (173 lb-ft)
