Install Bucket Timing Rod

NOTE: Bucket must be removed for timing rod installation.

Timing rod (A) is wired to lift cylinder for shipping.

1. Remove locking pins from bushing holes (B) on each side of bucket brackets.

2. Extend pin (C) out of left-hand bracket bushing as illustrated.

3. Insert timing rod (A) fully into left-hand bracket bushing, then into right-hand bracket bushing.

4. Push pin (C) in to align pin hole with bushing hole. Insert locking pin and cotter pin.

5. Fasten timing rod in place with locking pins and cotter pins in remaining bushing holes (B).
