Install Loader on Tractor
CAUTION:
To help prevent personal injury from falling or shifting loader, use a lifting device to position. Approximate weight of loader is:
522 Loader-272 kg (600 lb)
542 Loader-376 kg (830 lb)
542 Self-Leveling Loader-441 kg (973 lb)
1.
Attach lifting straps/chains to both sides of loader and an overhead hoist.
2.
Loosen fittings (E) on ends of lift cylinder hoses (red and blue caps/tie bands).
3.
Manually extend lift cylinders to 150 mm (6 in.) (A).
4.
Start tractor engine and center tractor between loader masts, stopping tractor when hooks (C) on mounting frames are positioned under pins (B) on loader masts on each side.
5.
Shut off tractor engine and remove key.
6.
Lower loader onto hooks (C).
7.
Tighten hydraulic fittings (E) to specification.

8.
Connect hydraulics. (Refer to Service section.)
9.
Remove lifting straps/chains.
10.
Start tractor engine and operate hydraulics to align holes in masts with mounting frames.
11.
Install locking pins (D) and slide rubber grips on handles.
