Install Bucket Timing Rod

IMPORTANT: DO NOT cycle the loader hydraulics until timing rod is installed. Cycling loader hydraulics before rod is installed will result in cylinder failure.

NOTE: Timing rod (D) is wired to boom for shipping.

1. Remove cotter pin and pin (A) from bushing on right-hand bucket holder.

2. Extend pin (B) out of right-hand holder bushing as shown.

3. Remove cotter pins and pins (C) from both inside holder bushings.

4. Insert timing rod (D) into right-hand holder bushing, then extend into left-hand holder bushing.

5. Push pin (B) in to align pin hole with bushing hole. Install pin and cotter pin (A).

6. Fasten timing rod in place on both sides using cotter pins and pins (C).
