1.
Prepare the tractor.
a.
Refer to Preparing the Tractor section.
b.
Install hood guard.
c.
Locate and prepare loader mating surface.
2.
Prepare the loader.
a.
Remove all crates, parts, and bucket/attachment from around loader assembly.
b.
Install bucket timing rod.
c.
Attach lifting straps to loader assembly and overhead hoist. Lower loader assembly to ground (horizontal).

d.
Remove and discard shipping banding, wire, and wood pallet.
e.
Cut paint mask rings off all cylinders.
f.
Remove mounting frames.
3.
Install mounting frames on tractor.
4.
Install loader on tractor.
5.
Install hydraulic control valve/hoses.
6.
Install bucket/attachment.
7.
Perform final inspection and adjustments.
8.
Install optional equipment/attachments.
