Adjust Hydraulic Hose Lengths

IMPORTANT: To help prevent damage from pinching or stretching hydraulic hoses (E), lengths must be adjusted correctly before wings are lowered.

1. Loosen nut (A) and adjust length of hydraulic hose (E), from bracket clamp (B) to center lift cylinder (F), to 430 mm (17 in.).

HX15 and HX20: Place 'T' fitting (C) in bracket clamp (B).

CX15 and CX20: Adjust length of hydraulic hoses (E), from bracket clamp (B) to each wing cylinder, to 1630 mm (64 in.).

2. Secure hoses and fitting in bracket clamp by tightening nut (A).

IMPORTANT: Provide enough slack to avoid stretching hoses when connected to tractor.

3. Route hoses (G) to front of machine, through hose support (H), and secure to support using tie band (I).
