Tightening Blade Holder Hardware

causym CAUTION: Before servicing machine refer to LUBRICATING AND MAINTAINING MACHINE SAFELY at the beginning of this section.

IMPORTANT: Operating with a loose blade holder will damage the blade holder and shaft.

1. Insert large pry bar or pipe through hole (A) to stop blade holder from rotating.

2. Tighten cap screw (B) to specifications.

Specification

Blade Holder Cap Screw -Torque 310 N·m (229 lb-ft)

3. Remove pry bar or pipe.
