Prepare the Loader

1. Remove loader from pallet and lay loader flat on ground, as shown.

2. Remove shipping banding and wire.

3. Remove and discard spacers (A) from lift cylinder rod ends.

4. Cut paint mask rings (A) off all cylinders.

Install Bucket/Attachment

1. Roll top of bucket/attachment back and align hook (A) with holder (B).

2. Using lifting straps, raise front of loader high enough to allow pin (C) to locate into holder strap (D) on each side of attachment.

3. Remove quick lock pin (E) from storage position and install into pin (C) on each side of attachment.

Install Hydraulic Hoses

Install loader-to-tractor hydraulic hoses. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online to John Deere dealers.)
