Prepare For Assembly

  1. TS219

    Remove loader and parts from shipping pallet.


  2. CAUTION: To help prevent bodily injury from falling loader, support with overhead hoist during disassembly and assembly.

    IMPORTANT: Avoid crushing oil lines. DO NOT wrap chains around torque tube. Chain will crush oil lines making replacement necessary.

    Using chains or straps, position loader on a hard level surface.

  3. DO NOT cut wires on cylinders or parking mechanism (200CX) at this time.
