Attach Loader to Tractor—200X

    Lift rear of loader off ground using overhead hoist and lifting straps, as shown.



  2. NOTE: Make sure bushing (C) is installed in inner mast hole.

    Remove retaining ring (A) and pin (B) from each loader mast.

    Start tractor engine.



  4. Drive tractor slowly under loader, close enough to connect hydraulic hoses.

  5. Engage tractor parking brake and/or place transmission in PARK.

  6. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

  7. CAUTION:

    To help prevent injury from escaping hydraulic oil under pressure, relieve pressure in the system.

    Move control lever(s) back and forth and side-to-side (if applicable) several times. (See your tractor Operator’s Manual.)

    Route hoses through hose support (A) on inside of right-hand loader mast, as shown.

    Connect hydraulic hoses to couplers on tractor using color-coded caps on hoses to match numbers and/or colors on decal by coupler plate. (See IDENTIFYING HOSE CONNECTIONS in Service section.)

    2210, 2305, 2320, 2520 and 2720 Tractor: Place hydraulic hoses into guide (A).



  11. Start tractor engine.

    Extend loader lift cylinders.



  13. Drive tractor slowly, straight into loader so loader masts line up with mounting frames, as shown.

  14. NOTE: It may be necessary to drive tractor forward/backward slowly or lower overhead hoist to keep masts/frames in line while performing the following procedures.

    Slowly retract lift cylinders fully. Notch (A) will catch on bushing (B), positioning masts onto mounting frames.

    Dump bucket 10—20° so front wheels come off ground slightly.



  16. NOTE: Make sure bushing is installed in inner mast hole before installing pin and retaining ring.

    Install pin (C) in hole (A) and fasten with retaining ring (B).



  17. Remove lifting straps and overhead hoist.

  18. Extend lift cylinders and lift bucket from ground to ensure loader is properly mounted.
