  1. CAUTION:

    X9811-UN-23AUG88

Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin causing serious injury. Relieve pressure before disconnecting hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all connections before applying pressure. Keep hands and body away from pinholes and nozzles which eject fluids under high pressure. Use a piece of cardboard or wood to search for leaks. Do not use your hand.

If ANY fluid is injected into the skin, it must be surgically removed within a few hours by a doctor familiar with this type of injury or gangrene may result.

Hydraulic hoses can fail due to physical damage, kinks, age and exposure. Check hoses regularly. Replace damaged hoses.

  2. Cycle loader.

  3. Ensure loader reacts correctly to control lever movement. (See your tractor Operator’s Manual.)

  4. CAUTION: To help prevent injury from escaping hydraulic oil under pressure, relieve system pressure by stopping the engine and operating control lever(s).

    Check for hydraulic oil leaks.

  5. Check tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. (See your tractor Operator’s Manual.)
