Recommended Set Up/Assembly Sequence

1. Prepare the tractor.

   1. Refer to Prepare the Tractor section.

   2. Install hood guard.

   3. Install mounting frames.

   4. Install multicoupler and hoses, if ordered.

   5. Install toolbox support bracket and toolbox.

   6. Install hydraulic valves and controls as needed.

2. Prepare the loader.

   1. Remove all crates, parts and bucket/attachment from around loader assembly.

   2. Attach lifting straps to loader assembly and overhead hoist. Lower loader assembly to ground (horizontal).

   3. Remove and discard shipping banding, wire and wood pallet.

   4. Cut paint mask rings off all cylinders.

   5. Install locking pins.

   6. Install timing rod.

   7. Install third-function oil lines and hoses, if ordered.

   8. Install loader-to-multicoupler hydraulic hoses, if ordered.

3. Install hydraulic control valve/hoses.

4. Install loader on tractor.

5. Install bucket/attachment.

6. Perform final inspection and adjustments.

7. Install optional equipment/attachments.
