Transporting Round Bales Safely

Read the decals attached to both the loader and the round bale spear.

To help prevent personal injury or accident caused from a bale falling off the spear, carry the bale low and slightly rolled back. Travel slowly over rough ground.

Carrying large loads may reduce visibility. Use extra caution.

DO NOT handle bales that exceed bale weight of 450 kg (1000 lb).

When handling round bales on a slope, always approach the bale with the tractor facing uphill.

Do not transport round bales on road or highway.
