Position Loader on Mounting Frames

1.

   A - Fitting, Lift Cylinder—Head End (Blue Tie Band)

   B - Fitting, Lift Cylinder—Rod End (Red Tie Band)

   Loosen fittings (A and B).

   B - Mast Pin (each side)

   C - Saddle (each side)

   Approximate weight of loader without bucket/attachment is 487 kg (1074 lbs).

   Attach lifting straps/chains to loader and overhead hoist.

3. Manually extend lift cylinders (A) 150 mm (6 in.).

4. Start tractor engine and center between loader masts, stopping tractor when bottoms of mast pins (B) are positioned directly over saddles (C) on each side.

5. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

6. Lower loader onto saddles (C).

7. Remove lifting straps/chains on boom arms.

   D - Bushing, Frame

   Raise front of loader using strap/chain (A) around torque tube (B).

9. Make sure mast bushings (C) are aligned with frame bushings (D) on both sides of loader.

    A - Spring Locking Pin

    B - Upper Hose Holder

    C - Mast Pin (1 per side)

    D - Spring Locking Pin (1 per side)

    E - Bottom Hose Holder

    F - Spring Locking Pin

    Install mast pin (C) and spring locking pin (D) on both sides of loader. Secure upper hose holder (B) to right-hand mast with spring locking pin (A).

    5065M, 5075M, 5085M, 5095M, and 5105M Tractors Only: Install bottom hose holder (E) onto bracket as shown. Fasten using spring locking pin (F).

    • On right-hand side, position hydraulic hoses inside pin handle, as shown. Make sure hoses are inside guide (A).
    • Insert handle end through hose holder (D) and into slot (C).
    • Fasten with spring locking pin (B).

    Install pin (E) on both sides of loader.
    • On right-hand side, position hydraulic hoses inside pin handle, as shown. Make sure hoses are inside guide (A).
    • Insert handle end through hose holder (D) and into slot (C).
    • Fasten with spring locking pin (B).

13. Lower loader and remove lifting strap/chain.

    Tighten hydraulic fittings (A and B) to specification.
