Prepare the Loader

1. CAUTION: Approximate weight of bucket is 310 kg (685 lbs). To help prevent bodily injury from falling bucket, always support with overhead hoist.

   A - Shipping Bands and Wood Blocks

   Remove and discard shipping bands and wood blocks.

   Lifting Loop

   A - Eye

   B - Loop

   Remove bucket from shipping material:
   • Bucket with hole (shown): Attach lifting eye (A) to bucket. Attach lifting loop (B) to eye and an overhead hoist and remove bucket. Lay flat on ground.
   • Bucket without hole: Place lifting strap around bucket, attach to an overhead hoist and remove bucket. Lay flat on ground.

   B - Spring Locking Pin (2 used)

   C - Lifting Strap

   D - Torque Tube

   E - Screw (1 each side)

   F - Cap Screws and Nuts (2 each side)

   G - Screws (2 each side)

   Attach lifting strap (C) to torque tube (D) and an overhead hoist.

4. Remove spring locking pins (B) and pins (A)

5. Remove mounting hardware (E and F) and both parking stands.

6. Remove screws (G) and “L” brackets from both sides.

7. Lift loader off pallet and lower until flat on the ground.

8. Remove all shipping wires and bucket level indicator rod attached to right-hand side.

   A - Storage Tube

   B - Parking Stand (1 each side)

   C - Quick Lock Pin (1 each side)

   Install parking stands (B) into each end of storage tube (A). Fasten with quick lock pins (C).

10.

    A - Paint Mask Ring (1 each cylinder)

    Cut paint mask rings (A) from ALL cylinders.

11. Install carrier. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)

12. Install third-function oil lines, if ordered. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)

13. Install loader-to-tractor hydraulic hoses. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)
