Position Loader on Mounting Frames

   A - Fitting, Lift Cylinder—Head End (Blue Tie Band)

   B - Fitting, Lift Cylinder—Rod End (Red Tie Band)

   Loosen fittings (A and B).

   A - Cylinder

   B - Mast Pin (each side)

   C - Hook (each side)

   Approximate weight of loader without bucket/attachment is 487 kg (1074 lbs).

   Attach lifting straps/chains to loader and overhead hoist.

3. Manually extend lift cylinders (A) 150 mm (6 in.).

4. Start tractor engine and center between loader masts, stopping tractor when bottoms of mast pins (B) are positioned directly over hooks (C) on each side.

5. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

6. Lower loader onto hooks (C).

7. Remove lifting straps/chains on boom arms.

   B - Torque Tube

   C - Bushing, Mast

   D - Bushing, Frame

   Raise front of loader using strap/chain (A) around torque tube (B).

9. Make sure mast bushings (C) are aligned with frame bushings (D) on both sides of loader.

    D - Hose Holder

    E - Pin

    Install pin (E) on both sides of loader:
    • Left-Hand Side:
      1. Install pin (E). Insert handle end into slot (C).
      2. Fasten with spring locking pin (B).
    • Right-Hand Side:
      1. Install pin (E).
      2. Position hydraulic hoses inside pin handle, as shown. Make sure hoses are inside guide (A).
      3. Insert handle end through hose holder (D) and into slot (C).
      4. Fasten with spring locking pin (B).

11. Lower loader and remove lifting strap/chain.

    B - Fitting (Red Tie Band)

    Tighten hydraulic fittings (A and B) to specification.
