Detach H120 Loader

  1. CAUTION:

    Avoid personal injury caused by falling or shifting loader. Always detach loader on a hard level surface. Do not detach loader equipped with a pallet fork. Use of a materials bucket is recommended.

    Remove ballast box. (See procedure in this section.)



  2. Ensure that loader is equipped with a materials bucket.

  3. Start tractor engine.

  4. Release parking brake and place transmission in NEUTRAL.

    A - Distance, 25—50 mm (1—2 in.)

    Dump bucket approximately 20° and lower boom to ground.



  6. Retract lift cylinders to raise front wheels 25—50 mm (1—2 in.) (A) off ground.

    A - Latch (1 each side)

    With palm facing up, push upward on handle to disengage latch. Repeat on opposite side.

    B - Parking Stand

    C - Mast Pin (1 each side)

    D - Saddle (1 each side)

    Extend lift cylinders until parking stand (B) contacts ground and mast pins (C) lift out of mounting frame saddles (D).



  9. Retract bucket cylinders until latches (A) automatically return to locked (down) position.

  10. CAUTION: Avoid injury from latch closure. Make sure latches are closed before leaving loader unattended.

    Engage tractor parking brake and place transmission in PARK.

  11. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

    Avoid injury from escaping hydraulic oil under pressure. Relieve hydraulic pressure from the system.

    Move hydraulic control lever back-and-forth and side-to-side several times. (See your tractor Operator's Manual.)



  13. Disconnect hydraulic hoses from tractor:

    1. Push back collar (A) on female coupler and pull out male coupler (B).

    2. Install dust plug (C) in female coupler and cap (D) on male coupler as shown.

    3. Repeat Steps (a and b) for remaining couplers.

    Remove hydraulic hose bundle (A) from guide (B) located inside right-hand mast.

    Store hoses on lift cylinder. DO NOT lay hoses on the ground.



  16. IMPORTANT: Avoid damaging hoses. Make sure hoses do not interfere with tractor when backing away from loader.

    Slowly back tractor away from loader.
