Install Loader on Tractor

1. Install the hood guard. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)

2. Install mounting frames. (Refer to Installation Instructions available online.)

3. Prevent possible injury from a falling or shifting loader. Approximate weight of the loader is 238 kg (525 lb). Use a lifting device to position the loader.

   Attach lifting straps or chains to both sides and front of the loader and to an overhead hoist.

4. Position the loader around the front of the tractor.

5. Align holes in the mast with the loader boom holes.

6. Loosen plugs on the lift cylinder hydraulic lines and manually extend lift cylinders as necessary for alignment.

   A - Pin (2 used)

   B - Pin (2 used)

   C - Cotter Pin (2 used)

   Attach the loader and lift cylinders to masts using pins (A and B) and cotter pins (C) as shown.

7. Remove lifting straps or chains.
