Raise and Lower Loader

TS685-UN-21SEP89
Prevent possible injury or death from electrical contact.
Beware of the lift clearance when raising the loader to maximum height.
Be aware of low electrical wires when the loader is raised. DO NOT
leave the operator’s seat if any part of the tractor or loader contacts
cables. DO NOT move the loader multi-function lever to the FLOAT position
for lowering the loader. Loss of control results and the loader falls
rapidly to the ground due to its own weight.
Prevent possible machine damage. Start and stop the
loader gradually when lowering heavy loads. Never drop a loaded bucket
or attachment and “catch” hydraulically. Stopping a load after it
has gained downward momentum can damage the tractor or loader.
To raise the loader, move the multi-function lever backward
to start the movement.
To lower the loader, move the multi-function lever forward to
start the movement.
To lower the loader with a heavy load, gradually move the multi-function
lever forward to start the movement.
