Anti-Spill System

The anti-spill system prevents damage to the machine and injury to the operator by using a system of cams and switches to control the hydraulic valves responsible for boom height and bucket or attachment angle.

To achieve maximum height of the boom there are two positions at which the anti-spill system stops the raise function of the boom. The bucket or attachment must then be tilted forward within the range of safe operation to continue the raising process.

To raise loader to its highest point, perform the following operations:

  1. Raise the boom, the anti-spill system automatically stops the raise and rollback function when a tilt function must be made.
  2. Tilt the bucket or attachment forward until the raise function resumes.
  3. Repeat until desired boom height is acquired.
