Prepare the Loader

CAUTION: Avoid bodily injury from falling loader. Support loader with overhead hoist during disassembly and assembly.

IMPORTANT: Avoid crushed oil lines. DO NOT wrap chains around torque tube. Chain can crush oil lines making replacement necessary.

    D - Lift Cylinder (1 each side)

    E - Safety Stand

    Remove and discard banding (B).



  2. CAUTION: Approximate weight of each mast is 28 kg (62 lb.). To prevent personal injury use a lifting device to remove mast assembly.

    Use lifting device and remove mast assembly from pallet.

  3. Remove and discard banding (C).

  4. Remove contents from bucket.

  5. Remove bundle of oil lines that are attached to boom with shipping wires.

  6. Remove bucket from pallet.

  7. Lay loader assembly on flat level surface using an overhead hoist with lifting straps.

  8. NOTE: Shown with left-hand side wooden support removed.

    Remove wooden support (F) from left-hand side of loader assembly.

  9. Remove shipping wire from left-hand lift cylinder (D) and pivot to ground.

  10. CAUTION: Position safety stand (E) toward rear of loader assembly as shown.

    Rest left-hand side of loader assembly on safety stand (E).

    A - Shipping Brace

    Remove shipping brace (A) from left-hand side of pallet.



  12. Repeat Steps 8—11 on opposite side.

    A - Paint Mask Ring

    Cut paint mask rings (A) off all cylinders.
