Final Inspection and Adjustments

1. IMPORTANT: Hardware torque MUST be checked after the first 10 hours and every 50 hours thereafter.

   Check loader and hood guard hardware. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

2. Lubricate all grease fittings. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

3. Check anti-spill system operation. (Refer to CHECK AND ADJUST ANTI-SPILL SYSTEM LIMIT SWITCHES in service section.)

4. Check loader operation. (Refer to Controls section.)

5. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

6. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower loader to ground.

7. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

8. Check tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. (Refer to tractor Operator's Manual.)
