Detach Loader

CAUTION:

W14000-UN-05OCT88
To help prevent personal injury caused by falling or shifting
loader, always detach loader on a hard level surface. Do not detach
loader equipped with a pallet fork. Use of a materials bucket is recommended.
Remove ballast box. (See procedure in this section.)

Be sure loader is equipped with a materials bucket.
-
Start tractor engine.
-
Release parking brake and/or place transmission in NEUTRAL.
-
Dump bucket 10—20° and lower to ground.
-
Retract lift cylinders, raising front wheels 25—50 mm
(1—2 in.) off the ground.

A - Latch
Move both loader mast latches (A) upward into UNLOCKED position.

C - Frame
D - Latch
Extend loader lift cylinders until parking stand (B) contacts
ground, masts (A) completely lift off frames (C) and latches (D) automatically
snap into locked position.

Engage tractor parking brake and/or place transmission in PARK.

Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

CAUTION:

To help prevent injury from escaping hydraulic oil under
pressure, relieve pressure in the system.
Move control lever(s) back and forth and side-to-side (if applicable)
several times. (See your tractor Operator's Manual.)

Disconnect hoses at couplers and install dust plugs and caps.

and 2032R Tractors: Remove hydraulic hoses from guide (A).

IMPORTANT:

To avoid hose damage, be sure hoses do not catch on tractor
when moving away from loader.
Store hoses on lift cylinder. DO NOT lay hoses on the ground.

Start tractor engine.
-
Disengage tractor parking brake, place transmission in REVERSE and slowly move tractor away from loader.
